A haven of calm in the bustling centre of Holmfirth, Brook Cottage is a newly refurbished stone under dwelling in an ideal location to visit cafes, shops, explore the town’s unique history amongst cobbled streets and as a base for walkers. Holmfirth offers many restaurants with international cuisine and provides numerous bars and live music to accommodate all tastes.
Outside there is a seating area with views over the Holme Valley. The cottage is accessed through a small entrance hall with coat hooks and shoe storage. The living room has a comfortable sofa, feature fire place, Smart TV and radio. There is a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer and a separate dining room (which could also be used as a work station). There is a useful storage room where guests can store luggage (also containing outdoor furniture, iron and ironing board). Upstairs, the bedroom has a king-sized bed with a large wall mirror, wardrobe and hairdryer. The bathroom has a bath with shower, and a vanity unit with storage. Wifi is provided.The property is strictly no smoking or vaping and no pets.

When available there is free on street parking near the property. There are several car parks within a short walk of the property if required.There is a bus station in the centre if guests are accessing Holmfirth by public transport.
