Set in the bustling centre of Holmfirth, Brook Cottage is a newly refurbished stone under dwelling in an ideal location to visit cafes, shops, explore the town’s unique history amongst cobbled streets and as a base for walkers. Holmfirth offers many restaurants with international cuisine and provides numerous bars and live music to accommodate all tastes.
Outside there is a seating area with views over the Holme Valley. The cottage is accessed through a small entrance hall with coat hooks and shoe storage. The living room has a comfortable sofa, feature fire place, Smart TV and radio. There is a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer and a separate dining room (which could also be used as a work station). There is a useful storage room where guests can store luggage (also containing outdoor furniture, iron and ironing board). Upstairs, the bedroom has a king-sized bed with a large wall mirror, wardrobe and hairdryer. The bathroom has a bath with shower, and a vanity unit with storage. Wifi is provided. The property is strictly no smoking or vaping and no pets.
