Company: Italia Autosport, a world-renowned, established Ferrari Specialist Garage, is seeking a dependable and meticulous Workshop Assistant to join our team. This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion.

We are looking for an individual with a grounded work ethic and a proven history of reliability. While direct automotive experience isn’t required, you should have a practical background that demonstrates you take pride in your work, possess strong organizational skills, and are capable of managing independent tasks once shown the ropes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and detailing rare and high-value vehicles to the absolute highest standards.
• Assisting with general workshop duties to support our team of mechanics.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and strict organization of the workshop environment.
• Ensuring a smooth, professional workflow within the garage.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
• A mature, professional attitude with respect for high-value vehicles and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team.
• Must hold a full, clean UK driving license, (maybe required to drive the company van on occasions).
