Class 1 HGV Driver – PLEVIN (Nr Holmfirth / Penistone)

Plevin is a market leader in wood recycling and a manufacturer of animal bedding.

We are a family run company with our own fleet of vehicles based at Crow Edge, Nr Penistone S36 4HG.

Due to business growth, we have several permanent opportunities for Class 1 Drivers to join our busy team.

The following shift patterns are available:

All with early starts, average 55 hours per week including paid breaks (based on a 10 week average)

Monday – Friday shift pattern: Salary £43,328.00 per annum

Tuesday – Saturday shift pattern : Salary £44,565.95 per annum

Sunday – Thursday shift pattern: Salary £44,565.95 per annum

The roles will involve working on a modern fleet of artic vehicles. (Class 1 licence is required). Experience of working with this type of vehicles and walking floor trailers or curtain sided trailers is advantageous, although full training will be provided for suitable candidates.

You will be responsible for picking up and delivering materials throughout the UK. You will have a track record of providing high-quality driving and excellent customer service.
