Job title – Retail Assistant/ Web shop assistant
Hours – 10 hours (flexible including weekend working)
Salary – £11.44 an hour
Responsible to – Retail Manager
To assist with the day to day running of the tollhouse shop and the web shop, including but not limited to
- Ensuring a high level of customer service
- Dealing with queries and returns.
- Processing online orders
- Managing and updating the website- training provided
- Accepting deliveries which includes lifting and carrying boxes and stock up and down stairs.
