 Nursery Cook (MONDAYS only – one day per week)

We are looking for a cook to work on Mondays only.  Experience in catering, especially in a nursery setting, would be an advantage but not essential as home cooking skills are required.

The Cook will prepare a cooked lunch and simple tea for the whole nursery, following our menus. The Cook will also be responsible for cleaning the kitchen, completing paperwork, dealing with allergens and dietary requirements and complying with food safety regulations.  Training and support will be provided.

The post is subject to ‘Safer Recruitment’ practices and the successful applicant must undergo a Disclosure & Barring Service (criminal record) check before starting work.  Employment references will also be required.
