Bar & Food Service Staff – Meltham Golf Club (position closed)
Vacancy: Bar & Food Service StaffMeltham Golf Club is seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as Bar & Food Service Staff. This role is ideal for those over 18 with proven bar experience, who are available to work evenings and weekends.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving beverages and snacks
- Delivering food orders to tables
- Processing orders and managing payments
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Ensuring adequate stock levels through regular replenishment
- Upholding all relevant licensing laws and club policies
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Demonstrable previous bar experience
- Prior experience in food service or waiting is highly desirable
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
- A professional and personable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
Meltham Golf Club offers an hourly rate that meets National Living Wage/National Minimum Wage requirements, complemented by opportunities to earn tips. We provide a supportive and welcoming environment within a prestigious golf club setting.
