40 hours per week

Current catered events:

• Wedding receptions
• Social functions
• Themed food nights
• Afternoon teas
• Funeral buffets
• Annual dinners
• Birthday celebrations

The role will also include:

• Assist in the food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing elements of our high-quality dishes
• Assist with deliveries and restocking
• Maintaining a high level of kitchen and food safety standards
• Working alone

Requirements

• Good communication skills with a passion for delivering top quality dishes
• Ability to work in an environment both supervised and unsupervised
• Understanding of basic food hygiene practices & Health and safety
• Great attention to detail and enthusiasm to develop
• Flexible and co-operative
