Base Location: Huddersfield, HD9 7BN

Salary: £23,400 + bonus and overtime

Our range of products includes everything from small outside key safes, to vaults, and safe deposit centres, and we are very proud to work with customers from around the world.

We are looking for enthusiastic, loyal, and hardworking people to join our Warehouse team as we look to strengthen our team to enable our future growth.

Benefits: Living Wage Employer, bi-monthly company bonus, overtime paid at time and a half, Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week, daytime shift, 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) with a time served accrual system, pension, life insurance and enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave and company sick pay schemes after a qualifying period.

Regular duties will include:

  • Working as part of a team.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean & tidy working environment.
  • Pick and pack orders for dispatch in a timely fashion, working to targets as required.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Forklift truck operation (flexi and counterbalance).
  • Lifting large items using proper manual handling techniques.
  • Changing safe locks, cutting safe keys, and programming electronic safe locks across our range.
  • Undertaking local deliveries and collections using company vehicle.
  • Recycling of waste.
  • Completing stock counts and transfers.
  • Quality Control checks of stock in line with company procedures.
  • Reporting any discrepancies or other issues (e.g., damage, incorrect labels etc.).
  • Processing picks, stock movements and stock adjustments within the stock management systems (Dynamics NAV based software).
  • Conducting health, safety and qualitive checks including FLT Checks, Tower Checks, Racking Checks, Lifting Equipment Checks and Vehicle Checks as necessary.

There will also be opportunities to support our field Installations Team.

Training will be provided for the right candidate as required, and the business operates a clear progression system enabling colleagues to see potential earnings growth as they develop within the business.

Due to the confidential nature of our business and the privacy needs of our customers and end users, we require the successful candidate to provide and acceptable DBS check. Any job offer will be subject to this being completed.
