Alternate weekly shifts:
Week 1 – 7.30am-1.30pm
Week 2 – 1.30pm-7.30pm

Due to the growth of the practice, we are looking for part time receptionists to cover reception duties at our Somerset Road Hospital in Almondbury. We are an independently owned practice. Applicants will need to provide a high standard of customer service and clinical care, in a fast-paced environment, whilst promoting animal welfare and maintaining Donaldson’s excellent reputation.

About you:
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual, have great interpersonal skills & previous Customer Care experience. This is a busy and demanding role; you will be expected to keep your professional knowledge updated with CPD and be committed to improving our standards by involving yourself in training.
Previous Veterinary reception experience is preferred although not essential as full training will be given.
Candidates must have excellent communication & computer skills, be flexible to help cover annual leave and sickness, and have a positive attitude.
Starting salary for trainee positions – Minimum wage for age
(A car and valid driver’s licence are preferable but not essential)
