VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST/TRAINEE VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST

Thongsbridge branch
16.5 hrs per week plus weekend/cover rota
Monday 7.30am-1pm
Tuesday 2pm-7.30pm
Friday 2pm-7.30pm
We are looking for applicants to cover Reception duties at our Thongsbridge branch.
Applicants will need to provide a high standard of customer service and clinical care, in a fast-paced environment, whilst promoting animal welfare and maintaining Donaldson’s excellent reputation.

About you:
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a bright & cheerful disposition, dedicated to Customer Care, you will be expected to keep your professional knowledge updated with CPD and be committed to improving our standards by involving yourself in training.
Previous Veterinary reception experience is preferred although not essential as full training will be given.
Candidates must have excellent communication & computer skills, be flexible to help cover annual leave and sickness, and have a positive attitude.
Starting salary for trainee positions – Minimum wage for age
(A car and valid driver’s licence are preferable but not essential)
