About the role:
Leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence, our Sous Chef will also be responsible for menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen. Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members you will ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, continuously motivating the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each time.
Ideally, we are looking for a Sous Chef who has experience working within a similar position and can truly demonstrate that they have the drive and ambition to take on this challenge. You will be encouraged from the start to show your creative ideas whilst making sure that the fresh daily specials become a positive taking point with locals and tourists alike.
