Senior Chef de Partie – The Rusty Bull, Netherton (POSITION FILLED)

The Role:

  • This is a tight Chef brigade serving great British pub cuisine, focused on quality ingredients.
  • The chef is responsible for assisting in managing the quality of food, leading the kitchen team, maintaining an organised and safe department.
  • Our menu offers accessible British pub classics and adventurous dishes for more curious diners.
  • Serving 120 to 300 guests per day.
  • Our menu follows a British seasonal structure alongside a focus on nose to tail cooking.


  • This position requires an experienced chef who is confident in all aspects of cookery and has a passion for delivering exceptional standards, consistently, whilst mentoring a junior team with patience, passion and professionalism.
  • Our chef is responsible for ordering, food stock, staff rotas, team development and collaborating on menu items alongside the Head Chef
  • The chef will work closely with site Head chef & Restaurant management to achieve best output of the business and collaborate on achieving customer and colleague satisfaction.


  • We are aiming to cement the Rusty Bulls reputation with local guests, our new chef should be motivated to deliver consistent, tasty and attractive food.
