We are a leading drinks equipment and supplies business, specialising in Coffee to Go and slush. Millions of our branded drinks are consumed each year in the UK. Our brands include Ciao Coffee and Mr Slush.

Our customers include restaurants, hotels, offices, leisure outlets, convenience stores and bars, with a current B2B customer base in-excess of 1,000 customers UK wide.

We are a small and friendly, focused team.

The Role

The Sales & Customer Service position is a multi-functional role. You will be supporting all aspects of the business from sales enquires coming into the office, finance, service support, customer retention and admin tasks. You will be office based in Lockwood, Huddersfield.

We are seeking a candidate with aspirations to progress into a field sales role or management in due course. With that in mind you will also be fully trained on all aspect of the business, from logistics to sales and finance.

Holding a UK driving licence is an advantage.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls & processing customer enquiries
  • Equipment solution inbound calls sales
  • Equipment issue support
  • Sage accounts invoice creation
  • Customer sales retention projects
  • General office admin support
  • Warehouse and logistics support
  • Customer site visits in due course

The candidate will:

  • Preferably be experienced working in a Business to Business environment. Sales experience would be an advantage.
  • Be articulate and confident
  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Enjoy working in a team but also have the maturity to work on their own
  • Be motivated and results driven
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive and highly motivated

We offer;

  • Remuneration £11.00 per hour – £20,000 per annum based on 7 hour days.
  • Up to 35 hours per week, season depending. Monday-Friday
  • Training is provided on all aspects of business
  • 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata on hours worked) including Bank Holidays
  • Pension contributions
