Open Sun-Thurs daytime only, and Friday and Saturday Day and Evening.

Maintain a high level of customer service, help encourage and supervise the team and work alongside our team to exceed customer expectations
To oversee, lead, motivate and direct the restaurant/bar team.
To help maximise sales through up-selling and keep the highest levels of cleanliness possible
