Hours generally Thursday and Friday 4.30-10.30pm, Saturday 4-10.30pm, Sunday 4-9pm (hours will vary slightly and the right person wouldn’t HAVE to do all four shifts each week)
Main role is to lead the front of house team during open hours.
Organising bookings/table plan
General customer service
Taking food orders and using EPOS system
Allocating roles to other members of the team
Ensuring the shift runs smoothly
Communicating between the kitchen and front of house team
Experience ideal
