We are looking to hire a customer part-time customer service assistant for our Woodsome Valley Self Storage site in Fenay Bridge. The role is part-time to include Saturday mornings. Full-time would be considered for the right candidate.
About us – we are a small family business with a passion for customer service. Our first site, Colne Valley Self Storage was opened in January 2018, and we have been assisting customers with their self-storage needs ever since.
About you – we are looking for someone friendly who enjoys working with customers, has great customer service skills and good knowledge of outlook and word etc. We would ideally like you to be flexible to cover holidays if required and where possible. You will be motivated to work as a team and independently.
The role – The role is varied and include administration, meeting and advising our customers of unit sizes, as well as maintaining a high standard of housekeeping making sure the units are clean and ready for the next customer. Salary to be discussed.
