Vacancy – Operations Project Leader
Location – Brooke’s Mill, HD4 7NR

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Operations Project Leader to join the forward-thinking, motivated team.
The role would suit a determined team player with a background in Construction, Maintenance OR Work-at-Height, who is hungry to develop and keen to be part of this fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to fill skills gaps/ensure ongoing professional development.
Requirements are:

Have a background in working Construction, Maintenance, Roofing, OR Work-at-Height (either on-site or off)

Previous experience of working on the tools, ability to organise and brief the on-site teams

Experience of working in an office environment

Confidence in being client-facing and able to communicate confidently to the team

Must be practically-minded and a problem solver

Have an organisational approach – organising & briefing the teams on-site

Happy to travel and have a varied role both on-site and in the office

Experience with work at height/climbing equipment and techniques would be advantageous but not essential

Experience of working in a small team – ability to “muck in” when required

Full, clean driving licence

Must be fairly local to Huddersfield/Holmfirth
Salary £25k-£28k depending on experience.
