Job Title: Ecommerce Coordinator
Hours: 15-25 hours a week, flexible
Salary: £10.50 p/h
Responsible to: General Manager
Responsible for: Website
Job purpose
To be responsible for the day to day running of the website, including, but not limited to:
– Ensuring a high level of customer service
– Dealing with queries, complaints and returns
– Processing orders in a timely manner
– Managing and updating the website (training included)
– Maintaining stock levels and working to a budget
– Accepting deliveries and managing the stock and premises (includes carrying and moving boxes).
