Office Assistant – Part Time Maternity Cover

We are a family-run organisation, comprising farm shop, butchers, restaurant and working farm. 

We are looking to recruit for the above position on a 6 – 12-month temporary basis which could lead to a permanent position within the company. The role would include bookkeeping, dealing with customers and suppliers on the phone, general office duties and providing support to the Partners of the company and to the other departments. 

Experience of SAGE Line 50 accounts would be preferable but not essential with a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Most importantly will be a good team player, excellent presentation and telephone manner and an ability to communicate well with customers, employees and suppliers. 

Approximate hours 16 – 24 a week.

Own transport is beneficial due to our location.
