This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, friendly team in New Mill, Holmfirth. You will be working with children aged 2 to 4 and helping to create a safe, caring and rich environment in which children can learn and thrive.
This role is to cover maternity leave, with a view to offering a permanent position in the future. We are looking for someone to start in the summer, or earlier if preferred.
Experience of working in a nursery or other childcare setting, working with parents and other agencies and acting as a key person is desirable. However, formal training (such as food hygiene and paediatric first aid) as well as on-the-job training and support will be provided to the successful candidate to enable you to reach your full potential in your childcare career.

The nursery also benefits from a fantastic Forest School, accessed by toddlers and pre-schoolers in our private woodland. You would have the chance to participate in these sessions with our fully trained Forest School Teacher, and develop your knowledge and experience of high quality outdoor provision for children.
