Maintenance/Groundsman
A unique opportunity to be part of a friendly and small team at Smallshaw Cottages & Spa, just outside Millhouse Green.
We are looking for a full-time maintenance/groundsman, 5 days a week.
We are looking for someone who is able to work a 35 – 40 hour week, times can be flexible.
- Duties will be varied and include garden maintenance and lawn care, planting and pruning on a 2 acre garden.
- It will also include keeping the grounds clean and tidy and potentially developing the garden area further.
- Maintenance as required in the cottages.
- Daily running of a biomass boiler and spa maintenance.
- Candidates would benefit from a basic knowledge of plumbing/ electrics and show initiative to be able to problem solve.
It’s important that you have excellent communication skills, are a team player, well presented, punctual as well as motivated with a friendly personality and have a good work ethic.
Own transport essential.
