Part-time or full-time (hours to suit) Main Logistics Office Assistant

Italia Autosport are a Classic Ferrari specialist.

Duties include:

  • Main office switch board – responsible for all telephone duties for the company.
  • Invoicing – responsible for upcoming invoices, sending client invoices and monitoring / collecting overdue payment.
  • Filing of documents to accountant on a monthly basis.
  • The main point of contact between the company and our fabulous and extremely interesting clients – must be able to build a confident rapport and act in a professional manner at all times.
  • Computer literate – Must have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Must be able to use your own initiate to problem solve (common sense a must!)
