Part-time or full-time (hours to suit) Main Logistics Office Assistant
Italia Autosport are a Classic Ferrari specialist.
Duties include:
- Main office switch board – responsible for all telephone duties for the company.
- Invoicing – responsible for upcoming invoices, sending client invoices and monitoring / collecting overdue payment.
- Filing of documents to accountant on a monthly basis.
- The main point of contact between the company and our fabulous and extremely interesting clients – must be able to build a confident rapport and act in a professional manner at all times.
- Computer literate – Must have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Must be able to use your own initiate to problem solve (common sense a must!)
