We require a Lettings Administrator in our Huddersfield office. We are an established independent Lettings Agency, established over 20 years ago.
Main duties will include liaising with tenants, prospective tenants and landlords; arranging and conducting viewings; completing the application process with customers; ensuring credit checks are followed through; preparing for tenancy move-ins; arranging and carrying out property inspections & repairs and general office admin.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong customer focus and be enthusiastic and hardworking. Applicants should also be willing to turn their hand to any number of tasks associated with a busy lettings agency and show a flexible attitude
Applicants must have a full driving license and access to a car.
Three/four days a week (TBC). Saturdays every third week if requested, and the flexibility to increase hours to cover other staff holidays.
