IT Support Technician – First and Second Line Support
3-month contract with possibility of permanent role.
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a small team providing first and second line technical IT support to a multitude of clients. You will need experience of Windows and Mac operating systems, Windows Server 20**, Microsoft Office versions, Office 365 and basic network skills. Good organisation skills and good telephone manor are essential. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team on different projects. Training will be given where required. Driving license and own transport essential.
The successful applicants must be:
- Comfortable in working in a busy technical environment and handling their own support cases.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer care and support.
- Have knowledge in the relevant technical areas but be keen to expand it to new technologies.

Hours – Monday – Friday 37hrs per week
Start date Jan 2023
Salary £16- 22k pa depending on qualification and experience
