IT Support Technician – First and Second line Support
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a small team providing first and second line technical IT support to a multitude of clients. Preferably, you will need experience of Windows and Mac operating systems, Windows Server 20**, Microsoft Office versions, Office 365 and basic network skills. Good organisation skills and good telephone manor are essential. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team on different projects. Training will be given where required. Driving license and own transport essential.
The successful applicants must be:
Comfortable in working in a busy technical environment and handling their own support cases.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer care and support.
Have knowledge in the relevant technical areas but be keen to expand it to new technologies.

Hours – Monday – Friday 37hrs per week
