Key Details:
- Weekend-focused role (Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability required)
- Flexibility expected on Wednesday to Thursday
- 35 hours per week
- Responsibilities:
- Address guest questions, needs, and desires promptly and effectively
- Anticipate and fulfill unstated guest needs
- Coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring personalized service for all guests
- Manage communication between guests and team
- Promote amenities, conveniences, and events
- Analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Build relationships with regular guests
- Collaborate with the team to enhance guest profiling
- Respond to all reviews with care and punctuality
