Key Details:

• Weekend-focused role (Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability required)
• Flexibility expected on Wednesday  to Thursday
• 35  hours per week
• Responsibilities:
• Address guest questions, needs, and desires promptly and effectively
• Anticipate and fulfill unstated guest needs
• Coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring personalized service for all guests
• Manage communication between guests and team
• Promote amenities, conveniences, and events
• Analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Build relationships with regular guests
• Collaborate with the team to enhance guest profiling
• Respond to all reviews with care and punctuality
