Holmfirth Tech Ltd is a community benefit society, established in 2019. Details about us and what goes on in our building are on the Tech’s website www.holmfirthtech.co.uk.
We are looking to outsource our bookkeeping services and would be interested to receive quotations from interested individuals or accounting firms.
Bookkeeping and financial reporting services would include but not be limited to:
- a)Processing sales invoices (against orders) and purchase invoices, recording receipts and payments, chasing outstanding invoices, and maintaining robust financial records.
- b)Reconciling bank statements.
- c)Preparing reports (i.e. monthly cashflow, and profit and loss) for the Board and funders.
Ideally, you will have an AAT qualification and you must have a good working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software. The majority of the work could be provided remotely, probably taking up to six hours per week, plus occasional face-to-face or video-conferencing meetings.
The Tech would pay for these services monthly, preferably for a 12-month period with the option of extending thereafter.
If you are interested you should provide a quotation outlining how you would provide this service, together with your hourly rate, and contact details of two clients willing to provide testimonies.
