Full-Time Shop Supervisor required at Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop
We are a family-run butchers, restaurant and farm shop. Our busy shop is looking for a friendly shop supervisor, working on a full-time basis, including weekends.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous supervisor experience who will be able to guide and train employees, support the Shop Manager and run the shop in their absence.
Applicants should have experience working with modern EPOS systems but most importantly be confident, enthusiastic and polite when assisting our valued and long-standing customers.
As well as interacting with and serving customers, the role will involve maintaining stock levels, ensuring the shop looks at its best at all times.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, hard-working and loyal – the successful applicant will be part of a vital team responsible for selling the highest quality food and drink products and will have the opportunity to progress as we develop and grow our business.
