Full-Time Shop Supervisor required at Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop
We are a family-run butchers, restaurant and farm shop established in 1929. Our busy shop is looking for a friendly shop supervisor, working on a full-time basis, including weekends.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous supervisor experience who will be able to guide and train employees, create rotas and run the shop efficiently to maximise sales and help grow the business.
Applicants should have experience working with modern EPOS systems but most importantly be confident, enthusiastic and polite when assisting our valued and long-standing customers.
As well as interacting with and serving customers, the role will involve establishing relationships with our many suppliers and regular ordering to maintain stock levels, also ensuring the shop looks at its best at all times with hight merchandising standards.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, hard-working and loyal – the successful applicant will be part of a vital team responsible for selling the highest quality food and drink products and will have the opportunity to progress to Manager as we develop and grow our business.
