Lu’s Place, in collaboration with The Watering Can Florist, is excited to host an exclusive event for the ideal gift this Mother’s Day. Join us on Friday 8th March 2024 from 2:45pm until 6:30pm for a fabulous afternoon of creativity.

First, enjoy sparkling afternoon tea consisting of a bitesize prawn cocktail, a selection of delicate sandwiches & savouries, a freshly baked fruit scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam, and homemade mini sweet treats. Served with your choice of hot drink and a glass of prosecco.

Following this, The Watering Can Florist will present a demonstration on how to create the perfect British grown Springtime vase arrangement, before you get creative and make your very own to take home with you.

Seating will be on a casual basis with a mix of high and low tables. A wide range of soft & hot drinks, spirits, wine, and fizz will be available to purchase throughout the afternoon.

This will be a fun-filled event, ideal for ladies who lunch, mums and children, or feel free to come alone – all are welcome!

We are easily accessible from Meltham, Holmfirth, and provide plentiful on-site parking.
