The role:
We are looking for a highly ambitious and enthusiastic person to join our team to promote our portable pumping and thermal imaging fire-fighting equipment into municipal, aviation, military and industrial fire and rescue services.
The role is hybrid working, out of our Holmfirth Office and field based. You will be covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.
You will proactively develop relationships with new and existing clients, along with promoting our products and their technical specifications and features.
Required skills:
This role is open to entry level applicants and does not necessarily require any previous sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build long lasting business relationships. Strong IT skills, organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise workload are essential.
You must be passionate about sales, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
Full product sales training will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote our technical equipment / personal protective equipment range.
- Provide new and existing customers with technical information and demonstrations regarding our products’ features and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with current and potential customers.
- Provide quarterly information regarding the current market climate and developments.
- Manage your own diary ensuring you are out and meeting new and existing clients as required.
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Continuously strive to improve performance in customer service and service effectiveness.
The package:
- Permanent / Full-time Role
- Salary – circa £25,000 per annum + commission
- 37 hours per week
- 25 days holiday allowance per annum plus stats
