Ecommerce/Retail Assistant
- Hours – 20 hours including weekend work
- Salary – £11.44 and hour
- Responsible to – Shop Manager
To assist with the day to day running of the shop and the webshop, including but not limited to
- Ensuring a high level of customer service
- Dealing with queries and returns.
- Processing online orders
- Managing and updating the website- training provided
- Accepting deliveries which includes lifting and carrying boxes and stock up and down stairs.
