We are looking for a skilled and passionate CHEF to join Holme Coffee House. Full and part time positions considered. The ability to work across both our Holmfirth and Penistone shops is desirable.
Duties and responsibilities
- Preparing our breakfast/brunch/lunch menu to a very high standard
- Excellent food presentation is essential
- Ordering daily/weekly stock from our suppliers
- Assisting with the daily and weekly kitchen stock control
- Kitchen cleaning duties
- Helping to develop our specials menu
- Able to multitask in a busy working environment
- Working confidently as part of an established team
- Contributing to the fun working atmosphere at HCH
- Positively promoting and supporting the needs of the business
Role
- We are open 7 days a week
- Weekend work is essential but weekends off are available
- Advanced rotas
- Daytime shifts – no evening work

Experience
- At least two years’ experience in a similar kitchen role
- Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification desirable
