Chef de Partie
NOWHERE is an exciting new restaurant opened in December in the heart of Holmfirth, where locally sourced and seasonal ingredients will be at the heart of our menu. We are now seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
As Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to work with the freshest ingredients sourced from the local area. From our kitchen menu, to our nano-brewery beer, kombucha, natural wines, and cold-pressed juices, everything will be carefully curated to reflect the best of what the region has to offer. Local and sustainable is a key driver in everything we do – our philosophy is to keep it simple and do it better. In addition to the restaurant, NOWHERE also boasts an art gallery, live music, and cinema room.
We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, multi-task and work efficiently, whilst growing and developing their skills as the company progresses. You should be passionate about delivering fresh, healthy and natural food for an enjoyable customer experience, with the ability to work well within a small team.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing the best food experience with the help of the Head Chef
- Prepping and cooking our regularly changing menu, including baking & in-house juices
- Helping to train new team members and weekend prep chefs or kitchen porters
- The opportunity to help create and develop seasonal specials
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene at all times, adhering to HACCP
- Helping to place supplier orders and performing stock control in the absence of the Head Chef
- Opening & closing duties
- The opportunity to get involved with catering for events such as beer tastings, guest chef takeovers and yoga brunches
Pay is the living wage for your age group:
- Under 21: £8.60
- Over 21: £11.44
