As Assistant Manager at Devour, your role is pivotal in translating the concept and ideals of our establishment into a thriving restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, focusing on implementing, evolving, and continually improving standards and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant management & Operate the summer riverside restaurant independently
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of food, drink, and service to exceed customer and staff expectations.
- Serve as a role model for the team embodying Devour’s unique culture, positive attitude, and excellent standards.
- Take on ambassadorial duties for Devour, fostering positive relationships with guests and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
