We are looking for a chef to join our young and energetic team, working closely with our current kitchen staff to grow and develop our menu & food offering.
You will need to be;
- Friendly, personable and easy to get on with
- Dedicated and passionate about food/cooking. • Personally driven to innovate and improve standards. • Willing to go the extra mile for the customer experience. • A keen eye for presentation.
Your responsibilities;
- Sourcing ingredients locally and efficiently
- Creation of new menu items / specials
- Preparation of specials and brunch items ahead of service • Cooking brunch to order during service
- Management and rotation of inventory to maximise freshness and reduce wastage.
- Maintaining and practising exceptional hygiene standards

Job Types: Full-time/Part-time flexible across 7 days. Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: £10.5+ per hour (negotiable)
