We expect high standards of guest care and a good understanding of food and wine service, the ability to prioritise and manage your own tables and take ownership for your guests. Our restaurant team are the main contact for our guests, so you must be confident and able to work under pressure. We are looking for full time and part time staff – a mix of days, nights and weekends will be required.
For the right experience and qualifications, pay will be adjusted against the normal pay rates.
