River Holme Connections is a charity formed by a group of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about the River Holme, it’s ecology, heritage and people.
Dumping of garden waste (grass cuttings, hedge clippings and any excess plant material) on river banks can have a negative impact on water quality and also allow invasive non-native plant species to spread into the wild. Please help raise awareness by sharing this post.
