About the role?
Working within a small team you are supporting others and you will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes, coding invoices
- Ensuring invoices are authorised by the relevant person
- Accurate data entry
- Scanning and filing invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolving queries
- Raising weekly payment run report
- Communicating with suppliers and other third parties as required
- Assist the finance team as and when necessary, with other finance related work
About you?
If you want to be part of a genuine, close knit hard-working team then this is the job for you. You will have an interest in collating and data entry in addition to excellent administration skills, adaptability and flexibility. This role is ideally suited to someone who has the ability, experience and skill to help to manage, continually improve and introduce new systems.
We are looking for candidates that demonstrate:
- Purchase ledger experience
- Sage 200 or similar experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent numerical, IT and administration skills
- Conscientious and positive thinking
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Effective and collaborative communication skills
All applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills and must be currently eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Salary: Dependant on experience.
Hours of Work: 40 hours Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
