North Light STAR: Physiotherapy & Sports Performance
Providers of Huddersfield’s all-under-one-roof comprehensive Healthcare and Sports Performance service. We provide care based on the most recent research-based evidence, for all aspects of Musculoskeletal, sports injury and Orthopaedic rehabilitation. We have an integrated Strength & Conditioning service in our gymnasium, and offer nutritional support, and training planning services for sporting events/sportives. We also provide nutritional support and advice to prepare for sporting events. We have Pilates classes with both Beginners & Mixed Ability Classes and also Specialist Post-Natal & Ante-Natal Classes, and also provide a fully integrated Sports Massage clinic. All services are inter-dependant, with the staff team working integrally to provide seamless care covering all perspectives of physical health, fitness and well-being.
