Shaws (Huddersfield) Ltd has an opportunity for an outside caretaker.
We operate a small commercial property rental business from Shaw Park in Aspley, Huddersfield. We’re a progressive, friendly, family-owned business, based in Huddersfield for over 130 years.
Duties include outside cleaning, weed killing, gardening, gritting and snow clearing and some minor repair work.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability and enthusiasm to complete physical work.
- Some general DIY skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own time.
- Positive professional attitude.
- Clean, tidy and well-organised.
- Flexible approach to work undertaken.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
The role will be part-time with hours around 15-20 hours per week, there will be some flexibility regarding days/ hours worked. Pay will follow minimum wage.
