Office Administrator – Italia Autosport

“Office administrator”
Italia Autosport (Classic Ferrari Specialist) are in search of an Office administrator to join the team.
Duties include;
  • Main office switch board – responsible for telephone duties for the company.
  • Invoicing – responsible for upcoming invoices, sending client invoices and monitoring / collecting overdue payment.
  • Responsible for the filing of documents to accountant on a monthly basis.
  • Positioned as the first point of contact between the company and our fabulous and extremely interesting clients – must be able to build a confident rapport and act in a professional manner at all times.
  • Computer literate – Must have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Must be able to use your own initiative to problem solve (common sense a must!).
  • Management of special projects, such as events.
