ROLE: Grinding Machine Operator
(3 Axis CNC Machine)
JOB TYPE: Permanent / Full Time
HOURS: 37.50 hrs per week, Mon – Fri 8.00am – 4.00pm
PAY: £17.00 – £19.00 per hour
BENEFITS: 33 days Annual Holidays (inc bank holidays & 3 days Christmas shutdown )
Meltham Carbide Precision Ltd are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join our team. Ideally suited to skilled engineers although full training will be given to the right candidate to achieve high quality and efficiency levels.
Experience, knowledge and understanding of grinding would be advantageous.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
Understanding and reading of drawings
Setting and operating a 3 axis CNC grinding machine (Rollomatic NP3)
Basic computer skills
Good level of numeracy and literacy
Flexibility and willingness to learn
