We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef with an exceptional knowledge of great Yorkshire produce and a passion for serving nothing but the best.
The ideal candidates would be a long term appointment with strong culinary skills and a vision for the restaurant, whilst having a flexible approach. You must have previously held a position in a fine dining restaurant and have experience in working in a hotel kitchen.
