Geogreen Solutions Ltd, trading as ABG Installs is a well established company specialising in the installation of Blue and Green roofs, Hard and Soft Landscaping finishes and associated works. With a number of new and exciting projects secured for 2023, we require reliable and committed Installers to work as part of a team on construction sites throughout the UK installing our sustainable products, systems and associated materials.
Main duties include:
– Assist in the smooth installation of products and materials, following correct procedures to achieve quality standards.
– Working to Health and Safety rules, RAM’s and installation instructions.
– Demonstrate a good level of communication, liaise with and take instruction from Site Supervisor, inform of problems (or potential problems)
Ideally you will have experience of construction site work and manual handling. You must have a CSCS card and Full UK driving licence. Experience or an interest in ground works is desirable.
We will also consider inexperienced candidates with a passion for hands-on, outdoor work combined with a fantastic attitude to learning. For the right applicant we offer a training plan to include site qualifications and NVQ’s.
Hours for the role will be variable and work schedules will include some early starts. You must be prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday. The role requires installers to be active and physically fit as manual handling is involved with the role. Training will be provided and there will be an opportunity for future progression within the company.
Travel to and from sites will be provided in a company vehicle. Accommodation and subsistence is provided by the company when working away.
For fully trained Installers OTE £32,000 + working away enhancement, paid weekly via timesheets.
