Join us at Society for our weekly schedule of Yoga & Pilates sessions, designed for both health and relaxation. Silence the busy world, reduce stress and take an hour of self care on the mats with our resident teacher Georgina. Our dynamic schedule offers a diverse range of classes for all abilities, held within our bespoke studio space with complementary herbal tea to round off your grounding experience.
Tuesday’s:
7am-8am Yoga Flow
10-11am Rise and Reset yoga
Thursday’s:
7am-8am Yogalates
10am- 11am Mat Pilates
6:30pm- 7:30pm Yin Yoga
Friday’s :
10-11am Slow Flow Yoga
