Ready to let go of stress? Indulge your body, heart and mind in a full day of yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation in this Women’s Wellness Retreat Day.
I have always believed that we need a deeper approach to Women’s Health. The needs of our health and vitality as women are complex. We need both nourishment and movement to thrive and often we don’t get enough of either.
So during this Women’s Wellness Retreat day we will look at how we can holistically support ourselves through the transitions and challenges of life, explore better ways of balancing hormones, rest, reset and find new paths to improved health.
This empowering retreat day will be perfect for any woman in Menopause, those dealing with hormone imbalance or stress related symptoms. The day will include:
- Morning yoga : designed to get you moving with the breath & boost circulation
- Acupressure to re-charge body, mind and nervous system
- Essential oils for hormone balance
- Ayurveda self care practices & daily rituals
- Hearty vegetarian lunch
- Afternoon yin & restorative practice
