In this relaxed and beginner friendly 2-and-a-half hour taster class, Executive Chef Carl Frost will guide you through each stage of creating an authentic lasagne from scratch, sharing the techniques and little touches that make all the difference. Ideal for complete beginners, it’s a brilliant introduction to Italian cooking without feeling overwhelming.
Your experience includes a welcome drink, all ingredients and equipment, a recipe booklet to take home, and finishes the only way we know how, gathered around the table with your fellow guests to enjoy a generous shared meal together. No experience required. Just curiosity, a healthy appetite, and perhaps an extra container for leftovers.
