Older Health Kicks (Barre Thursdays) – Thongsbridge Tennis Club

£3Barre is a low impact full body workout that combines the fundamentals of Ballet and Pilates, with each movement aimed at improving overall wellness and mobility in a safe and supportive environment.
No experience is needed for this class as together we will ease into these exercises making sure everyone is comfortable and confident to bring out the best version of you!
